Rental

A security deposit is required for rental, along with a copy of a valid driver’s license/NSW Photo ID.

Rental charges will commence from the date stated in the contract and continue until the hired equipment is returned to Snoo Services Sydney in a usable condition.

Return of Equipment

Any hired equipment not returned on time will incur a further hiring cost of $3 per day.

The hirer accepts full responsibility for the care, safekeeping, and return of the hired equipment in good order.

Use of Equipment

The hirer will use the hired equipment in a good and careful manner, complying with manufacturer’s requirements and recommendations.

The hirer will use the hired equipment for its designed purpose only.

Damages and Alterations

Any damages to the hired equipment or missing parts will result in charges to repair the equipment.

The hirer will not alter, modify, or attach anything to the equipment without prior written consent from Snoo Services Sydney.

Should the equipment have any functional issues, Snoo Services Sydney will arrange for this to be fixed or replaced, unless the issues have been caused by misuse or neglect.

Accidents and Incidents

The hirer must inform Snoo Services Sydney if the hired equipment is involved in an accident, lost, or stolen.

Liability

The hirer agrees that Snoo Services Sydney is not liable for any damage caused to person or property from the use of the hired equipment.

Snoo Services Sydney and the manufacturer are not responsible for any injuries or damages or worse caused by the use of the hired equipment.

Assumption of Responsibility

The hirer acknowledges and assumes full responsibility for the use of the hired equipment.

Miscellaneous

The hirer agrees not to sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the hired equipment or service without express written permission from Snoo Services Sydney.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

Snoo Services Sydney reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

Snoo Services Sydney shall not be liable to anyone or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
